I am the maintenance guy that has installed many keyboard trays. The Fellowes trays are very easy to install. You don't have to agonize with trying to translate broken English instructions. It's straight forward and you don't need any high tech tools. The paper template makes it particularly easy to get the job done properly and quickly. I can't really comment on the comfort of the keyboard tray, only that the company that I work for has bought dozens of them
