Ashwagandha extract became super popular a few years ago. I took it on and off. I’m happy it’s in this gummie.

I also struggle with getting pills stuck in my throat, so anytime I can add or substitute another product for something in gummy, liquid, or powder form I’m all over it! The problem is a lot of those products taste just awful. These Female Fertility Support Gummies by Nature’s Craft have a delicious peach flavor and a great texture. My only complaint is I wish this contained methylfolate instead of folic acid, but otherwise I’m pretty pleased with the ingredients here. As to fertility claims, I can’t speak on that since I haven’t been using it long enough to know how it may impact bloodwork results. A lot of these ingredients I’ve taken separately, so it’s nice to have it all bundled in one gummy. Definitely something to consider if it fits your needs!
