About the Author
Sally Warren is a former journalist who covered major home and foreign news stories for The Daily Telegraph for more than a decade. She re-trained as an adult psychoanalytic psychotherapist after leaving newspapers to start a family. She has a private practice in central London and is a therapist for The Mind Field, a global online therapy platform for journalists and humanitarians. She continues to write on psychoanalytic subjects for various publications and was recently appointed a trustee of the British Psychotherapy Foundation, where she trained. She is married with a son and two stepchildren and lives in central London.
