Q: should the jet-dry be added to dishwasher with every load?

submitted by queston - 2 years ago

  • A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Spots and film form in the dishwasher's rinse cycle, when detergents are already down the drain. Rinse Agents works in the rinse cycle, lowering the surface tension of water and causing it to sheet. Better rinsing results in less spots and film. Without rinse aid dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The heat dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. Adding a Rinse Agent helps rinse away leftover food and detergent residues. We hope that this information helps! Sincerely, Your Finish Team.

Q: How should I utilize this? Where should I apply it? After using "Finish Quantum Hardwater Dish Detergent" for dishwashing, do I need to place this agent in the detergent compartment and rewash?

submitted by Shirley - 3 years ago

  • A: Thanks for reaching out. Check whether your dishwasher has a built-in liquid rinse aid dispenser, which is usually located near the detergent cup. Fill your rinse aid dispenser with Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid. Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid is automatically released in the rinse cycle every time your dishwasher runs. Game Changer

My dishwasher actually started working once I refilled my rinse agent with Finish Jet Dry! (That and giving my dishes enough space in the dishwasher - think every other in the plate rack) Love getting beautiful, clean dishes!

    Damaged in transit, poor packaging

Leaked all over box and other items in plastic bag the liquids were in, which also leaked. They crammed 3 bottles of Tide, Rinse Aid, and other assorted items into one box. No padding. Box was broken as well.

Not sure if it works, as we always have water spots. Our dishwasher recommends/requires it…that’s the only reason why we use it.

Not bad. Really can’t tell that much of a difference. It may be my old dishwasher. Still get water spots on mainly top rack plastics. I do love the Finish dishwasher pods a lot!

    Not easy pour

I don't like that doesn't have the tiny little straw at the top of the cap for easier pouring in the dishwasher.
