Replacement heads are not required with the newest version of our Flawless Facial Hair Remover, with the 360 degree ring light. With proper maintenance, the head of the new Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover device will not need to be replaced. The lifespan of the newest device is 1.5 to 2 years depending on use and maintenance.

Worked great in the beginning but after only about 6 months is started running slow. I thought that maybe the battery was going so in went a new battery. That was not the problem as it fires right up when I turn it on but as soon as I touch it to my face it almost immediately starts to slow down until it finally stops. I've cleaned it religiously. Great idea and concept but this product needs a quality overall.

Initially, I was very happy with the Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women. It worked much quicker than the older model, and I liked its size. I also emptied the head regularly. After using it about twice per week, it started to die, so I thought it was the battery. However, changing the battery didn't work. I tried a few different batteries from two different brands, but the end result was the same. The Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover for Women just wouldn't work any longer. I can't believe that it stopped working after 15 weeks, which equals about 30 uses!

My original facial hair razor was wonderful but after a couple of years wouldn't hold a charge. I bought another one but the plastic head attachment won't keep the razor gear attached. The quality doesn't seem as good as the original design.

This newest version is the worst! I loved the first and second generation flawless trimmers and I even purchased extra replacement heads for the generation 2. This new version pulls hair and is extremely painful on the skin! I threw it out after trying it and want the generation 2 back with replacement heads instead. I bought this a couple weeks ago and I don't like it. I have an old Gen @ finishing touch flawless facial hair remover and I really like it. Bought the Gen 2 in July 2022 and wish I could find the replacement heads for it Then new one that is out now with the ring led light, don't like it the light isn't as bright as on the old Gen 2 ones. and the newer one just don't shave good it didn't get some of the hairs on my upper lip. I think they went up in price also

worked great for a couple of uses then stopped running, it was clearly clogged with hair, After taking off the head to clean, it still did not work. I disassembled the head, there was a build up of hair by the blades. Now I can not get the head to lock on the body again. Clearly something is out of alignment, though the motor will run now. If you are going to create a product that clogs by the blades so easily, then design it so that it can be put back together again! I literally used it twice!

I bought my first Flawless razor about a year and a half ago and LOVED IT!!! When I finally lost it I replaced it with the new Flawless finishing touch… it’s awful. In fact, it was so awful I bought a second one to make sure I didn’t just get a defected one… The pros: it’s cute. The new sleek design allows for more discreetness as it resembles a tube of lipstick. Cons: it’s LOUD!! It does not cut hairs as effectively as the original, I’ve experienced significant skin irritation, and it pulls hairs. This product needs taken off the shelves and the original one needs brought back.. (As a side note, the version that you plug in to charge is just as terrible as the finishing touch)
