[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this toy is as basic as they come. Although it is well made and has good durability, the features we found to be very lackluster. The feet were the only part that evoked any kind of sensory play but that is it. My daughter played around with the feet for a short while but without any other touch sensory points on this you, she soon pushed it to the side and moved onto something. I think for the price point, it missed the boat with potential. Such a shame.

The leopard helps develop motor skills, encourages visual development and sensory stimulation. This is a great Leopard for babies to play with and cuddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was delighted to receive this Fisher Price Planet Friends Spotting Fun Snow Leopard toy to review on Influenster. This charming baby toy is suitable from age 3 months and as promised, does indeed have “textures galore”! The head and legs are short, velvety-soft fur, with longer but again super soft blue fur on its feet and tail, appearing again on the outside of the twiddle-able ears. The arms are an interesting bobbly texture and it’s holding a satin-finished soft ring in its looped arm, the inside of the ears are also this shiny satin. The snow leopard also has soft braces, finished with very tactile knots, perfect for fiddling fingers! A small ribbon label on its side provides a little ‘taggie’, also perfect for flicking and playing with. In terms of sounds, this is very restrained and is more about different textures and shapes to explore with your hands, but both feet are full of a satisfying crinkle texture. A couple of other things I really liked about this toy are the snow leopard’s friendly and cute facial expression (toy makers don’t always achieve this!), and the colourful but muted palette used for the fabrics - soft greens, blues and neutrals, offset beautifully by soft apricots, peaches and coral in the body section. Really lovely. It’s also a good size - really more of a buddy than a small toy, but soft and flexible enough to bung into a bag quite easily if needed. Overall a thoughtful and rather lovely baby toy. I would be very pleased to receive this as a gift for my child, and I can imagine the delight at receiving this new ‘friend’.

He loves that there are different textures and different parts of the leopard make different noises such as crinkling. I feel like this toys well thought out and is great for any age it’s definitely sparked my son’s interests and it’s not one of his favourites too.

The different textures and the elements such as the moveable arm ring make this toy such a great sensory experience. It is also lightweight and a perfect size for my daughter to carry around and cuddle. He added bonus is that it is made using recycled materials! The toy has muted colours yet still eye-catching and the satin fabric and crinkle boots are great addition as a sensory (for fine motor skills) and enjoyable toy. Easy to carry around and clean, it's size is just perfect, lightweight. Overall we are really pleased with it.

Then she chose to play with more interactive toys. She is 21 months so it could be that she is phasing out of the baby toys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We gave him this first because we knew he was going to love the pram turtle. Like we had predicted this last for the 10 minutes we let him have it. Its arm got chew on and it got thrown a few times but this is very similar to another Ted that he has and that one squeaks when you squeeze it. We can only think that he wasn't that interested because when he was hugging it, it wasn't making noise. When we gave him the turtle he tried to give this to the dog so we are going to take it to play school and let the other babies have it there. I loved the different textures and particularly that it didn't make noise because the other one is sending auntie over here nuts. The crinkly feet are a nice touch but I think the crinkles would of been better in the ears. When Bobbie had hold of the teddy he was squeezing it and the feet where just dangling and not being touched so I think if the crinkles where in the ears then he would of been interested quicker.

He loved the snow leopard, it had lots of different textures for him to feel and nice and bright kept him going back for it. The turtle we put in the car for him to entertain him on journeys, he liked the feel of its fins and the teether at the bottom kept him soothed and settled and had a good chew on it 😂 The mirror on the mat kept him entertained for tummy time and was handy being able to roll up and take it with us as a mat to lie him on out and about too Thankyou again Influenser.

The crinkle sounds, colors, and different textures will hold a babies interest. My toddler likes this toy, but once my newborn is old enough to grab onto things I know will also enjoy playing with it!
