My daughter loved this toy. It was easy for her to hold. She did have issues learning to stack the piece but eventually got the hang of it. She even took the toy on the go with her in her walker because it wasn't too heavy at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids really enjoyed this toy. It’s simple for them to stack the animals and change how they look. It’s sturdy so they can play with them roughly. I like the fact that when they are done playing I can restack and store it away easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 18 month old love this woodeemn Stack and Sort. I like how the base of the stacker has the colors of the correct animals. It was easy for my toodler to grasp the stack concept. It is great for find motor skills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Played this with my 15 month old and he loves it. It has held his interest. He has fun pulling the pieces off and putting them back on. He hasn’t quite figured out the order but loves to try. I like that that the pieces are so different between the three animals that I think my child is grasping that all the green go together and so on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one year old really enjoys this stacker. The pieces go on in any order, so for now he just tries to get them on the posts. As he gets older, he will be able to work on putting them in the correct order to make the animals. The wood is smooth and the paint/finish feels solid, not like it will easily chip. My son and I both liked that the packaging was simple - the toy just slid out of the box without any extra plastic mess to undo and dispose of. He got to play faster and I didn’t have to figure out how to get it out.

It’s great for hand eye coordination and thinking skills. The little characters are very cute as well. Both my one year old and two year old love this toy!

The only issue I have is you have to use common sense and don’t leave the child alone with it. Because of the rods you put the puzzle pieces on. Those are obviously dangerous if the child falls on it. But it’s a fun toy to learn the proper order or to mix and match for fun.

The toy is listed as 1+ year, but I think my son is still a little too young for it. He showed initial interest in the toy but got frustrated when he couldn't get the pieces on the wooden sticks. It will take some practice with him, but I'm hopeful he'll grow into loving this toy!

Teaches hand-eye coordination, grasping & stacking—great for fine motor development, and allows creativity with interchanging the pieces. Little ones can spin the animals around on the legs as well. Great gift item!

Colors are a little dull but thats not a huge deal. My kid loved this toy, stacking them in and out of order and seeing how the different pieces could fit or not fit together.

The colors are a soft pastel but vibrant at the same time. Baby loves to take it apart and is figuring out how to put it back together. Would love to have another!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fisher-Price Wooden Stack & Sort Animals are great for building fine motor skills. My son especially loves trying to separate the animals from the base. The base under each peg is also color coordinated with each animal so we can simultaneously work on colors. There is a lot of thought put into each aspect of the design as each component is rounded off so there are no sharp edges.

Each animal consists of 3 pieces so it’s not overwhelming for children to master. The pieces are a good size for little hands to manage. Nice wooden toy that is made to last with realistic colors and fun animals, love the smiling gator!

He sits and just put the blocks on and off. It’s nice that it has 3 dowels so there is a better chance for success. Haha. It also helps it stay upright well for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 1 1/2 year old grandson comes over every other weekend. When he came this week I gave home the interchangeable toy to play with. At first he just looked at it. Than his dad came over and mixed up all the heads and bodies. He wanted them put back where they belong. Then he kept dumping them over and restocking them. He really enjoyed playing with them. I sat net to him and he showed me how special they were. I would recommend this toy parents of young toddlers 1+ years old.

The set comes is wooden and comes with a base and blocks to make up three animals (alligator, lion, and koala). The set is colorful, cute, and high quality. It is a great toy to help develop problem solving and find motor skills. The intended age states it is for 1 years old and up. The reason I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5 star is I think it should be geared towards maybe children ages 18 months and up. My 13 month old seemed to like to hold the blocks but did not understand the concept of how to play with the toy by stacking the blocks to make the animals.
