Q: Are the blades STAINLESS STEEL? Simple yes or no question. Please do not tell me that they are made with "Fully hardened, precision-ground steel blades." This is not the same as stainless steel. TY.

Q: How many inches in lenght is the lopper? I see a few and 28" is the one on line that shows it will cut 1.5 inches. Trying to cut bamboo.

My loppers broke. Friskar's customer service said the would send me the hardware to replace on the loppers. I cannot do that.
