Received items that appear to have been used! All 3 items had been placed in the shipping box, clearly separated from the display board. I believe they are in working condition, but quite unacceptable.

Bad Review for the Service not for the Item
The item has been displayed as available up till this point but the clerk told me it wasn't when I drove alway down there to pay for the $6 parking just for the "pick up" which has never had happened since the item in fact wasn't available. The clerk yet was saying we can do nothing including unable to check or find out. Fortunately, I got out and found another Target to buy with.

My loppers broke. Friskar's customer service said the would send me the hardware to replace on the loppers. I cannot do that.
