Fiskars Lightweight Soil Scoop Garden Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a surprisingly sturdy gardening tool considering it’s plastic. Though it’s not sharp to be able to force it into the ground, it’s more than capable of scooping small amounts of things and is comfortable enough to hold. It’s a good size and easy to clean. My toddler loves to play with it as well to dig even if that’s not its original purpose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soil scooper is pretty convenient. It’s very light weight and easy to maneuver. It was easy scooping snow out of my soil baskets. I think the design is pretty unique and made perfect for picking up soil without spilling it.

I like that it’s easy to hold and feels extremely high quality. Our plants are indoor plants so unfortunately I can’t speak for its effectiveness during outside use.

I will use this in the spring when I transfer seedlings from my windowsill garden into my outdoor planting beds. For now, I am using it to scoop dry cat food from the large bin into their individual bowls. This is a very well-made scoop and I have no worries about its durability due to the trusted Fiskars name and my previous experience with their scissors and garden/yard tools.

It was lightweight and hefty enough to transport all the soil required since my plant has grown quite a bit and very neglected. Super helpful since many of my other scoopers have been rusted or dirty. This one would clean up quite quickly and I see it being long lasting.

I used it to repot all my houseplants into bigger pots and it made everything so much easier! It holds a good amount of soil and lets you place it strategically. The tool is made of fiber but still feels sturdy.

When I put this scoop away I just store it with the rest of my planting (indoor) tools away together. It’s a nice thick plastic so I couldn’t imagine it breaking anytime soon. Definitely a great addition if you like to move soil around!
