Fit God's Way is an answer to prayer! Kim Dolan Leto offers the reader a clear, thorough, Scripture-based guide for a truly sustainable approach to our health and fitness. Inviting God into every aspect of our health journey is what makes Kim's message so unique and powerful. This is not something we hear in the world, in fact, we rarely hear mention of it at church (...but we should and we need to hear this message more!). This is also why worldly approaches to getting healthy and fit just don't work - we depend entirely on ourselves, and that is simply a recipe for disappointment and failure. Fit God's Way offers us an opportunity to shift gears as we look at our health - to get off the emotional roller coaster of shame, guilt, fear, and defeat, and instead begin our health journey by going to God, seeking Him first, and watching the goodness that flows from that. I am so grateful for the wisdom in this book and will reference it often as it is filled with so many practical tips and powerful Scripture to fuel my focus and my fitness. Thank you, Kim!

Kim is an amazing author, motivational speaker and has found the true way to be fit and stay fit. In a world of vanity, Kim’s book shows us there is another way to be strong and live a healthy lifestyle that involves God and the Holy Spirit. It isn’t about a fad diet or quick fix. It’s about a lifestyle! Kim’s book breaks everything down into simple concepts so you can make changes today. I love her 7 W’s. Kim is fantastic with using concise and clear wording in every part of the book. She inspires you as you read and you will feel confident moving forward. You will not feel alone and will finally feel seen and heard! I highly recommend this book and following her in social media platforms!!

Kim has done it again! And this time in a big way!! Her previous two books were both must reads, but Fit God’s Way is a MUST read. This book will help you (through the power of the Holy Spirit) overcome the issues that have tried to stop you, slow you down or otherwise get in your way from achieving your goals. Like I said, a MUST read.

I just finished reading Fit God’s Way by Kim Dolan Leto. After reading Kim’s previous book titled Faith Inspired Transformation, I was left wanting more in-depth info about leading a Christian-based, healthy lifestyle through food and fitness choices, and Fit God’s Way filled that need! This is NOT a quick-fix diet plan, but rather a passionately written pathway to honoring God through our daily food and fitness habits. It is a great read with tons of applicable information regarding health, food, and fitness, all shared while covering every strategy, tip, and tool with understanding and God’s grace for the times we might not follow through on making the best or healthiest choices. Fit God’s Way takes readers through a flexible and personally customizable blueprint for following Christ in our health and fitness, including explanations regarding nutrition, choosing to eat God-made foods, setting realistic and attainable health and exercise goals, creating new habits, and explaining the “why” behind each step. These changes aren’t meant to be made immediately, but rather implemented and maintained as progressive pieces of a new, healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend taking notes while reading. I have TEN typed pages of notes highlighting scripture, quotes, and summarized take-aways I know I’ll be referencing frequently as I continue to become Fit God’s Way! One of my biggest “aha moments” came from a sentence in Chapter 18: “It’s uncomfortable to change, but remember there are two types of pain: the temporary pain of change or the permanent pain of staying the same.” This book will equip you to endure and embrace the temporary pain that is necessary to change your life. It will revitalize you spiritually, physically, and emotionally as you explore God’s primary position in supporting your health and fitness goals.

Kim's new book Fit God's Way is Awesome. I could see when I was reading it God helped Kim to write it. I never thought about bringing God into my workouts or losing weight. I have included God into my workouts and food choices. I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me. I love that she is teaching us how to include God in everything we do daily. I love that she puts God's Words into her books. Her book helps us to understand how to ask God for help in our workouts and healthy choices of foods. Thank You Lord and Thank you Kim for writing this Awesome book. Kim has another book I bought The Strong. Confident. His. Faith & Fitness Devotional. Both books have helped me so much in losing weight and with my workouts but most important to me, My walk with the Lord. Trust me this book will change your life, you will see how God will help you in everything you do when you welcome Him into your life daily. I love this book and I Love my Lord and Savior!! Keep on Serving the Lord.

I just read this book and I have to say, I really believe a LOT of wisdom went in to writing this book. I was pondering in my heart last night about these new practices I've been trying to implement over the past couple weeks and how easy they've been. They are things that truly resonate in my spirit and its almost like the Lord has been telling me, gently, He'd guide me all along but I struggled to really believe it! Yet, He has and it truly is simple. God is not complicated. And the way Kim Dolan Leto has been used by the Lord to write it all on paper, helps to expose the lies of Satan that have been covering up the simplicity of walking in active faith towards the health of our temples! And it's working! Currently, as I continue to turn to God to help me and guide me, as laid out in this book, I dont feel slave to my cravings and confused about which program is best. This book is NOT just some diet fad book. This is a God inspired, biblically based book that, I believe, will help SO MANY people if they (and myself) will heed these words of wisdom. So grateful for the opportunity to read it! Want to gain both health and freedom and learn what the Lord has to say in the matter? Then I highly recommend reading this book!

Kim’s book outlines how to put God first in our journey to getting healthy and fit by using her 7 W’s. These are practical and biblical. It helps us refocus on God and not the worlds way of getting healthy. The beauty of this is that we literally focus on Him and the rest falls into place by design. In my own fitness journey, I believed God didn’t care about getting healthy, but she gives us clear examples of how Jesus lived and scripture that instructs us to care for our temple. Through this book you will understand that God desires us to care for the temple He’s given us. This book brought a whole new understanding of being a good steward with what God has given us. We have this one body to go out and do His work. We can only do this if we are healthy to do so. This book has meant a lot to me. I know how to work out and what to eat. However, I’ve struggled with body image. I felt like a failure if I took one bite from food that wasn’t on my meal plan. I have been mean to myself. I was in bondage and had no peace. This book has made me realize that I have been legalistic with my food and have made food and the way I look an idol. I know this is a work in progress but have faith that the enemy will no longer use my insecurities to rob me of my peace. Today I am moving forward with a new perspective. I will continue to care for my body and focus on worshiping and honoring God through my workouts and the food I eat. My motive will change from the worlds way to God’s way. I will no longer make this a flesh project but a God project!

Kim Dolan Leto brings God into health and fitness. This is not a diet book but a book reminding us to put God first in all we do including our health and fitness goals. Worldly diet culture has left faith out and set our sights on worldly rewards that quickly fade. This book gives you steps to love who God uniquely made you to be and to be the healthiest version of yourself.
