This hasn't worked since the day I got it and I tried to return it and they refused to take it back they will only give me a replacement. So I said fine send me a replacement. The replacement of course does not work. It does not sync to the app like it's supposed to. They are trying to blame my internet service provider and refusing to give me my money back. This thing is literal garbage.

this scale does far less than previous versions. I will be returning and it's the last Fitbit product I will be purchasing. there are far superior products available at reasonable prices. get the cheap old fashioned scales. they're far more cost efficient than this overpriced heap of junk

Great affordable price & beautiful white color. Scale instructions are very user friendly, making setup simple. Please note it works instantly when used on floor. I liked how it immediately recorded my weight in my FitBit app which I have been using for Inspire 2 for over 2 years. It is extremely accurate since it confirms my BMI which was consistent with results from my last physical. The only con of this product is its usage of batteries otherwise I consider this FitBit scale to be perfect for anyone who is seriously committed to monitoring their weight within a comprehensive health perspective that is provided in the FitBit app.

I have been an owner of fit bit aria scales for several years now. This is my second one. It was time for an upgrade - this one works nice and doesn't take a long time to report back. It sync's with the fitbit app.

Was excited to see a Fitbit scale that uses Bluetooth as their wi-fi scales use such outdated technology that they drop the signal all the time. The Bluetooth was just as bad so returned it after three days of trying to connect to Bluetooth. Finally made a dedicated router, with ancient technology, to bring my old Fitbit wi-fi scale back into use. Hope Google updates the FItbit scale offerings. Works great as a scale
