    great info provided and easy to use app. slim and sleek. screen died around 10 month mark. it seems to not be fully waterproof.. a little problematic for a swimmer but i wear it everyday. still charges/collects data and connects to my phone.

    Had it for a little over a year & it keeps shutting off on me randomly. I can't use it for more than 1 activity & the charge sucks on it. Don't waste your money.

    A fitness tracker is a fitness tracker right? Wrong. The Fitbit app used to be a fun experience and now it’s dull. Void of life and color. I don’t recommend Fitbit after the Google take over. Research Fitbit app updates in their communities before you buy.

    Nickel allergy

    Got the Luxe to replace an broken Charge2. Few functions, but that's fine, just tracking sleep and exerice/ walk. However, recently the outer layer paint of the buckle flaked off, and I discovered that I have a nickel allergy. Still a good tracker, but be aware if you are sensitive to nickel. (Getting a stainless steel replacement band)

    Arrived brand new in box. Charged 100% will not respond to swipe, tap, or restart process. The app I downloaded is also non responsive. Can't be found on Bluetooth. Big waste of $$. Now I have to try to return as it was ordered on line.

    I like how small and minimalistic it is, but unfortunately the charging on this is hit or miss. It’s really frustrating to think it’s charging (because the charge screen will light up) and then check an hour later and it’s still dear. Currently the charge screen isn’t even turning on, even after it’s been on the charger for 15 minutes. That alone has been frustrating enough to make me wish I’d bought something else.

    Absolute trash. Don't waste your money. I have had this product for about 70 days and it has already needed to be reset twice due to no response. Currently it will not sync with the app and the clock is off by 6 hours (won't adjust to time zone automatically or manually), steps are not counted, no sleep data. Waste of money.

    If you are on a fitness or healthy journey you’re going to love this tracker … this is exactly what you need, if you have in mind this specific purpose like me this is the helpful tool ever ! -calorie counter is amazing and it can read almost EVERY barcode it’s just unbelievable - step tracker is amazing The fact that it can track your sleep, heart rate etc … and tell you your recovery level is just amazing and so helpful for know when to rest and when to workout ! I find this function so accurate Definitely recommend 10000% The battery last forever like one week or even more

    Bought two of these. The screen went black on one of them within a week, exchanged and that one went black in a day. The second one went black in two weeks. Garbage product! Extremely disappointed.

    This is such a beautiful Fitbit! I had the Fitbit alta And I accidentally cracked the face plate so I had to replace it. I thought the altra was really nice but the Fitbit lux is way better looking. Normally I don’t like the bands that it comes with the watch but this band has not bothered my wrist, feels very comfortable, and is adorable. I love the features that come with this Fitbit to the price also is very nice compared to other watches similar to this on the market. I haven’t had any problems with his watch so far.

    I have had my Fitbit Luxe for less than 4 months, and in that time it has unexpectedly become unresponsive 3 times, during the most recent of which nothing has been able to wake it up. I ignored the bad reviews when purchasing this and I wish I hadn’t. Previous Fitbits I’ve had have lasted for years, this one didn’t make it half of one. I’ve taken good care of it and done nothing to it that would explain its sudden death. This has also happened to my mom’s Charge 5 AND the replacement for it. I thought the bad things others reported wouldn’t happen to me, and they did. Buyer beware.

    If you’re like me and you feel like you’re constantly to moving- ugh- you may be surprised to learn you don’t actually move as much as you think you do. Despite doing a lot of moving shuffling kids around and doing chores while balancing work and the whole shabang- I was thinking 💭 it’s an anomaly I’m gaining weight because I move a lot. Then, I got the watch and well, my steps were not great and I had to rethink movement and how much of my day I’m actually forced to sit. Working 8-12 hours a day with breaks in between to drive kids around- to and fro- fro and to- and my steps were an abysmal 2k or less. Whenever I wear my watch I take more breaks to walk. I walk more, I generally make more strides. When I don’t wear my watch- I notice a difference in my awareness about movement. So my conclusion is that even if it doesn’t 100% count ever step or misconstrues some movement for steps- having it is better than not.

    Love my fit bit at first and used to sync my steps for my friends to see. We were able to do challenges to beat each other on most steps. Fitbit took that feature away and now I hate it . I have to screenshot my steps to show my friends my steps. I plan to ask santa for apple watch for Christmas . I am very disappointed with this purchase .
