Q: So does this open up and have two places for papers on the inside, like a traditional folder? ...Then a third place for a piece of paper on the front to show what it is on the inside like a cover?

Q: Do these particular folders have 3 prongs on the inside to hold hole punched papers inside it? It's hard to see the picture of the inside of the folder.
