Q: hi! Is it possible to hang this on the wall? or only tabletop?

Q: How do you open this framed change photos?
A: There are three, thin pieces of foam on the inside of the frame (between glass and metal). If you take those out, the glass slides out of the frame. I used tweezers to help remove the foam.
submitted bykaterina - 7 years agoA: Thanks for the tip about removing the foam pieces. Keep them on hand though. You will want to reinsert them once you have the picture placed in the frame. They will keep it from slipping out. Regarding the decals, they can easily be removed from the glass using a little "Goo Gone" and a razor blade. Then clean the glass with hydrogen peroxide and a paper towel.

Q: I cannot figure out how to open this frame. I am looking at the directions and it doesn't make sense! Help
A: Hello Rere - We apologize for the challenge with opening the frame. Hopefully the following helps: There are a couple pieces of foam holding the glass against the frame walls. Press on the glass toward the back of the frame to compress the foam and slide the back glass piece out. Or if it is easier, you can remove the foam inserts in the sides of the frame which allows the glass to slide out. Then just replace the foam once the new picture is placed in the frame. - Melodee

Q: I bought this frame but their is no foam that came with it, how do I slide the glass out to put my print in??
A: The foam on 3 sides is what keeps the glass in place.

Q: I don't see a way to slide the glass out of the black frame... I'm seeing other questions where the answer has something to do with phone but I don't see any phone and I cannot get this glass out of the frame no matter what I do.
A: There is a long thin strip of foam, not phone on 3 sides on the backside of the frame.

Q: How do get the photo inside to be symmetrical?
