Great ladle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size and like the flatter bowl to pick up flat pieces from my soups. Longer handles for larger pots would be nice.

I loved the tong type
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the tong type of utensil for stiring my noodles to make sure they didn’t stick while cooking and also to pick up one noodle when testing doneness. However, do not think you can also use them for serving because they cannot grab a bunch of noodles at a time. They are silicone and too flexible for serving. When I tried to use the utensil to serve myself, one side crossed in front of the other and all of the noodles fell back into the serving bowl.

These are amazing! They have
These are amazing! They have a good size and good grip to them too. I thought it was going to be a different texture and the silicone is much grippier than expected, but it does help when grabbing food.

Grippy and small
Slightly smaller than I expected but definitely works well. I thought it was going to be a different texture and the silicone is much grippier than expected, but it does help when grabbing food.

Just Tried the Tongs
And, I’m going to order more. They are perfect size. I like the shorter handle, which allows me to get real control over what I’m doing. I also can get a good grip on what I’m picking up food, which isn’t the case with some smaller silicone tongs Ive had. Floating feature is a bonus.

I have only thus far
I have only thus far used these for ramen noodle prep, they work well enough for that purpose. Could use them a little stiffer for this.

The cleanest, comfortable way to turn bacon
I love these floating tweezers, they're sized perfectly for picking up bacon in a frying pan or anything else and turning it over or plating it. The matte finish is satisfying and easy to hold too :ok_hand:

Want to buy more!
I bought this with a few other of the new kitchen utensils. Super durable and love the built in rest. I hope they expand this line.

Great Ladle
I have other ladles that work fine, but there are a few things I like in particular about Yamazaki's ladle. 1. It's silicone. If you have ever left another utensil that is heavy duty plastic in the pot you may have discovered a melted ladle. Not with this one. 2. That little piece that keeps it from sitting right on the counter or stove top. 3. The size of the cup. It looks like it is way too small, but to me it is just the right size. I have other ladles, but they tend to be a bit too big. 4. The ease of pouring from the ladle. I tend to be messy in the kitchen and seem to find more success getting the soup or stew or chili into the bowl with this ladle rather than making a mess on my counter.

Handy!
The silicone has a nice feel to it… Comfortable in my hand and useful for different things. While turning something in the pan that’s a little more delicate like a dumpling etc., it is very useful. They are becoming my “go to” tool!
