My practitioner alerted me to this excellent source of Omegas. I am allergic to all seafood so I cannot get them from fish sources.

Great Plant-Based Omegas
I've been taking Udo's Oil in conjunction with a quality fish oil product for years now. Great quality and a good way to ensure I'm getting a full spectrum of healthy fats. It's a little pricier than some other brands but completely worth it.

This is a very good blend of oils, though a bit pricey. I take them with food and have experienced NO aftertaste, foul odors or stomach upset.

Very Convenience
A very good source of omega 3-6-9. I used to take udos oil in liquid form, it is very hard to bring around and not practical. I finally found it in capsule here, will be a regular customer here :)

Great Product!
I came upon Udo's oil in a health mag that I receive monthly. I've added it to my daily supplements and have noticed a positive change in my skin's appearance! I prefer the caps over the actual oil because of calorie content. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to add Omega oils to their diet or supplement routine and prefers to stay away from fish oils.
