The crystals are golden and have a slight hint of molasses that adds extra flavor to coffee, tea , and desserts. It dissolves very well, and since it is minimally processed, it feels like a high quality option for everyday use. I would definitely buy it again especially if you are in the process of cutting back on sugar or simply want to switch to and organic option; this is undoubtedly the best choice. It was delicious and added just the right about of sweetness with a nice little crunch from it being raw vs processes white sugar. I may not make the switch 100% but if I find this product on sale I wont hesitate to purchase for my pantry.

This would be amazing to roll sugar cookies in or to top a pie crust. This gave a nice sweet molasses flavor. Smelled like sugar, taste like a robust sugar. Just elevated.

Regenerative goes a step beyond organic at ensuring that the soil health is restored through different farming techniques and it requires fair labor conditions for farm hands. I love knowing the sugar I use in my baking and coffee is helping to heal the soil instead of stripping it away. These sugar crystals are retain some of the molasses as it goes though the refinement and filtration process which gives it a slightly more flavorful taste compared to simple white table sugar. The crystals are larger so when I added scoops to my coffee, I usually add the sugar to my cup first so as the coffee drips into my mug, the crystals melt. I love the 3lb container, it has a pour opening and a slot for inserting table spoons. It’s a sturdy container so I can save it and just buy the bags to refill it as needed.

You can actually put less sugar and taste the great sweetness. I add it to my coffee and have baked with it. I used a bit less than the recipe calls for in sugar and the outcome is perfect.
