You can actually put less sugar and taste the great sweetness. I add it to my coffee and have baked with it. I used a bit less than the recipe calls for in sugar and the outcome is perfect.

When it says farming to help save the planet, it actually means it. It is the only regenerative organic certified sugar produced in the United States. So because it's unrefined it still has molasses in it which gives it the darker color and a really nice taste. It is non-GMO, vegan, and kosher friendly It is also allergen-free as it is processed in a Mill without any of the major nine allergens. So with all that being said, it is a brand that you can feel good about buying and using. And not only that it also tastes amazing! So it is a complete win win situation here! I would definitely highly recommend this to everyone!
