It was delicious and added just the right about of sweetness with a nice little crunch from it being raw vs processes white sugar. I may not make the switch 100% but if I find this product on sale I wont hesitate to purchase for my pantry.

This would be amazing to roll sugar cookies in or to top a pie crust. This gave a nice sweet molasses flavor. Smelled like sugar, taste like a robust sugar. Just elevated.

You can actually put less sugar and taste the great sweetness. I add it to my coffee and have baked with it. I used a bit less than the recipe calls for in sugar and the outcome is perfect.
