The design is good and like that it’s a larger side table at almost 24” circumference for the tabletop. Other round side or end tables I was looking at were too small, most being only 18-20” for the tabletop. Also height is perfect. But color is way off in person - much more orange, than what is shown in the pictures. Debating on whether to return or keep to try to DIY lighten somehow.

I really love these ends tables and am very happy that I purchased them. They do seem higher end since they are wood/wood veneer. With that we’re some subtle imperfections in the way the stain grabbed the wood. It’s not very noticeable, but something to consider since this isn’t like the stuff you see in the store. The tone of the piece is really nice and seems sturdy for the value. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the assembly. The first one went great, the second one had a misaligned dowel hole. We made it work.

For not much over $100, pretty darn nice. The trickiest part with putting it together was avoiding a gap between the legs and the crossbars. The cams that connect these aren't the type that pull the pieces closer as you tighten them. I ended up using my feet to push the legs together as I tightened cams and screws. Also note: the labels on the two crossbars were swapped, and the "screwdriver" end of the tool included just didn't work. "Walnut" finish is a neutral dark brown, close to the picture. The veneer on the top has a coarse grain that makes it look kinda rustic. Looking closely, I also noticed a few imperfections in the finish, e.g. a fingerprint on one edge. It wouldn't fit well with a sleek or formal style. I'm going for more of a modern boho thing, and I don't have a problem with it.
