Easy to use and very important to have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this brand before and I can honestly say this is very reliable. The results are quick and accurate which gives me peace in my mind when I’m not feeling well, or my kid start showing symptoms. It’s really easy to use and give you the results in a few minutes. With a baby in a school age and constant weather change, it’s really important to have something like this at home, so you can get test for flu and COVID without having to rush to a clinic. I definitely recommend to always keep one in hand.

Do not recommend.
Awful. I tested my daughter and it showed that she was negative for Flu and Covid. I ended up at urgent care four days later and her test showed positive for the flu before they even put it down on the counter. I went home and tested her again with the second test and it still came back negative. Don’t waste your money.

Waste of money
Tests have an expiration date on the outer box that doesn’t match the expiration of the actual contents inside. The outer box says to ignore any expiration dates inside. Lol….Mine showed almost a year expired. Tests were in fact expired and inaccurate after using them.

This test was easy to use and accurate. I will clarify, the box states it includes two tests. Each test includes flu a/flu b/covid - so you only have to swab your nose once!! I believe these tests plus a virtual visit is the way to go to avoid over-priced charges at an urgent care.

Missing parts
Our second test didn’t come with the solution to put the q tip in — rendering the whole test wasted. The first test did come with it and I didn’t notice the second was missing at the time. For the price you’re paying for this it’s insane for parts to be missing.

Test tubes were not sealed correctly so there was no liquid in them that is required to do the test. Also the expiration date on the box was fine but the dates on the tests inside were expired. Could not use so disappointing went sick.

Consistently inaccurate results
If I could give this product zero stars I would. It’s my own fault for purchasing this multiple times over the years. I bought this because of the ease of placing an online pick up order with sick children, but this is the third time that I have received a negative result for one of my children, only to end up at an urgent care where they tested positive within a 24 hour period. I am overly careful each time to make sure we follow the testing procedures exactly as written. This will be the last time I purchase this product, but I am beyond frustrated that this is now the third time I have spent money on this only to have to go pay additional money at the doctors office. I would recommend skipping this product and heading straight to the doctor.

Didn't Work
Beware that these tests aren’t always accurate. My flu test came back negative and because of this I thought it was something I could fight off on my own. I ended up in urgent care where I tested positive, and they sent me to the ER. If in doubt of your results, have a professional give you a test.

Has to do with the store. I went in to Target on Demaree in Visalia and I placed an order 35 min prior and I knew it could take up to 2 hours, but decided to go in in person and just pick it myself and see if they can either fulfill it in person and they couldn't so I left the product (Covid and flu kit) and just waited for them to finish it and when I went in they had it in a nice target bad and I when I got to my car the product was open. I don't know if they might have taken the product that I had picked from the shelve and they probably throught that I either stole or might had added something into that small box, but why would you anyone give anyone an open Covid 19 box kit
