incorrect parts, waste of time
spent an hour taking old light out and installing this new plate which was missing a part (nut to hold on bulb receptical), only to find out the parts to hold the glass aren't the right parts to hold it. just 3 pieces of plastic which did not fit the glass and had no way to be secured. Wasted so much time on this. Incredibly frustrating. Bought round shape and photo shows incorrect color. Was hoping it would look like main photo of tan-sh color but was white and clear. Whoever designed this was not thinking.

We apologize for any misunderstanding but the photo and description of this item says and shows this item as white. We test and put every item together, and can assure tat the plastic clips do hold the shade securely to the plate. In this case this flush mount come 95% assembled apart from the clips. I assure you much thought goes into all our items to prevent issues or complications.
