Ordered this and it came with broken rods and missing/incorrect parts. Some of the screws were not the size identified in the instructions. I called Target for refund and they will not send a new one since it is a third party. I asked to file a case to have the vendor quality issues addressed. Target should not sell 3rd party products if they do not stand behind the quality or have a means to address product defects. This is furniture so it is not easily returnable. How can you drop it off at a store or bring to UPS due to the weight of the product. _-Buyer Beware
