It's important to note if you need to lay your clothes flat to dry this would not be the best but it does work well for hang dry.

The legs are very stable and does not wobble. I use this often on my patio to dry clothes and it has yet to tip over in the wind. It is very easy to set up and take down. My favorite part is the rack itself folds up and is easily stored in a corner or wherever you have a little extra space. It takes no time to fold and unfold it. I like how the top has spaces to hang your hanger so whatever you are drying doesn’t slip off. The design of the product is nice too because it doesn’t fall over when you hang your clothes on it. The item comes in 3 pieces - the top rack, the middle stem, and the bottom stand. Assembly is straightforward, just slide and lock. The rack and stand can be refolded for compact storage. If needed, the item can be disassembled very easily. The item is pretty sturdy, but just like any free-standing 3-arm racks, you'll need to balance your garments on each rack arms. The rack is not tall. The item is light and made of plastic, so do not overload. This is perfect for pre-staging your laundry, before going to the respective closets or for air-drying delicate items or towels.

The ratchet action for the feet and the arms is pretty ingenious. And you can put it in the corner when you’re not using it or even hang it on the wall with the rest of the brooms in the mops.
