The benefits packed in here are tremendous with the Alpha Lipoic Acid antioxidant supporting overall nerve well-being, Vitamin B12 reducing tingling in my fingers - this happens when I workout! and CoQ10 promoting cellular energy production. It's hard to put a finger on exactly how my body has changed, but with no artificial additives and an easy chew to add to my daily routine, I'm feeling strong and energized!
