The volume includes an introduction to the Arborealists by Philippa Beale, a founding member, as well as information on some of the site-specific projects undertaken by the collective, written by the president of the Arborealists, Tim Craven.

About the Author

Philippa Beale is an artist, curator, and educator, and is a founding member of the Arborealists. Beale has spent the past twenty-four years curating exhibitions in the UK, France, and Gibraltar and was elected a fellow in Fine Art for Higher Education in 2006. Her work bears witness to the greater environmental campaign and provides visual experiences that enable people to feel connected to nature and their love of trees. She lives in Margate in Kent.
