Powered from Connected Devices
No power adapter is necessary to make this switch work, as long as the connected devices supply sufficient power. HDMI cables can deliver power from connected sources.
4K Support and HDMI Features
Up to 4K resolutions at 30fps, 36-bit Deep Color, 3D, and uncompressed/compressed audio formats are supported on this switch.
Metallic Alloy Plug
The metallic alloy plug resists corrosion and reduces tarnish.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE
  • The auto-switching feature relies on connected devices fully powering down. Because streaming devices (such as Roku, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, and Google Chromecast) stay in a constant "Always-On" or low-power standby mode, the switch will not automatically swap away from them. To switch between these devices, please use the manual toggle button on the unit. Do not repeatedly unplug HDMI cables to force a switch, as this can permanently damage the internal circuit board.
  • May be incompatible with devices requiring HDCP 2.2 (such as the Amazon Fire Box). For 4K@30Hz and 1080p@60Hz resolutions, your HDMI cables must be 10 meters (32 feet) or less or you will experience potential issues.

I'm giving this a three-star largely because I ordered this prior to going out of town for a week. When I came back, the entire order this was part of was not here. I put a claim in to get it replaced only to find out it could only be refunded so I just refunded the entire order.

Poor delivery

It has been eight days since I ordered this item and still is a no show. As such I could not rate the item itself but we are off to a rocky start. While I understand it is the holiday season do not promise a delivery date you cannot meet. All companies are experiencing this problem, even the big players. I have canceled more items this year due to poor delivery than any other year.
