Milder and easier on stomach
This coffee tastes milder and easier on stomach than the regular mushroom coffee or other coffee. I drink this when I wake up quite naturally and not very sleepy, but when I need to wake up quickly I mix half and half with the regular one to add the depth and caffeine effect. I like the taste of half and half mix better but I am trying to cut unnecessary caffeine. I do not feel the effects of mushrooms (maybe because I am healthy and feel good anyways) but I have a faith that it is working in my body so I feel good.

Love this coffee!
I'm fairly sensitive to caffeine, and have anxiety, so a fully caffeinated coffee makes me jittery and unable to sleep (even if I drink it early in the day.) Balance Coffee, at half caf, has the perfect amount for me. The adaptogens further calm my nervous system. I drink this every day. Also, the taste is great!!!
