[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the pleasure of trying Francis Coppola’s Prosecco from their Diamond Collection thanks to Influenster! In return, I have to tell you my honest review. In all actuality, this seriously couldn’t have come at a better time! I just received a promotion and we were able to celebrate in style with this delicious Prosecco!! Created in Italy, this prosecco is absolutely delicious. Of course always served chilled, it has a crisp, refreshing flavor with delicate bubbles that made each sip an absolute treat. There’s notes of green apple, pear, and a touch of citrus. It was balanced and had smooth, floral finishes. It’s light but very flavorful! It was the perfect choice for toasting this special moment! This was my first time trying Francis Coppola and I know the rest of the flavors are delicious because this was! I definitely recommend it for any celebration or occasion, whether it’s for a dinner party or just because, it’s definitely a bottle worth savoring! I will be purchasing more in the future. It has a delightful fruity aroma that invites you in for a sip. The flavor of the grapes shines with hints of apple. Its carbonation is a lively effervescence that enhances the overall experience. With its mild acidity, it strikes a lovely balance, making it incredibly refreshing. This prosecco pairs wonderfully with fruit and cheese as an appetizer, but it would also complement pasta and chicken beautifully. It would make a fabulous Bellini cocktail or be a tasty addition to a negroni sbagliato (with prosecco in it!) Overall, it’s a versatile and enjoyable sparkling wine that I would recommend for all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco is fantastic for the price point it is at. It has a pleasant aroma and fresh fruity taste. It is on the drier side and a little bitter on the first sip but is very refreshing. I had it solo in a glass and also made a limoncello spritz with it which it was delicious in. I like to add Prosecco to a scoop of raspberry sorbet but was a little too bitter for that. Overall, a very enjoyable bottle for the price and I would buy it again!

We paired it with a charcuterie tray, while hosting friends. Would buy again, and a few friends even asked where we bought it!

I love Coppola as a brand, specifically their Merlot, but I didn’t even know that they had a Prosecco….until now. This Prosecco was the perfect amount of crispy, fresh, and flavor. I should’ve taken a picture of how beautiful my actual mimosa was!

It tastes great, the price point is strong and we could all use more bubbles in our life, right? I also had a glass for brunch on its own and I enjoyed it that way, too.

I had no idea, but I thought, quite likely, that the wine would match the excellence of his other creations. I was not let down. The Diamond Collection Proseco is absolutely delicious. It has beautiful fruity notes, especially citrus, and it is light and refreshing. I paired it with salmon, and it was the perfect choice. But it would compliment a range of dishes, from pizza and fish to white meat chicken and pork. It also stayed fizzy well after it was opened and continued to taste fesh and sparkly. The bottle is beautiful and would make a great and impressive gift.
