Francis Coppola Diamond Collection Prosecco Wine - 187ml Mini Bottle

I bought this a few days before the Georgia ice storm. The bottle was chilled and my first sip was mind blowing. Such a perfect blend of dry and sweet. I can’t wait to share it with my family.

Nice wine. Used as stocking stuffers for my adult children. Nice size for an individual serving.

Perfect acidity and sweet-dry balance. It is a little fruity but also crisp and clean. Beautiful bubbles. Flavors are mostly apple and a little peach. Keep in mind it’s a twist top. I wanted something for New Year’s. I usually don’t finish full bottles of wine, and I wasn’t sure if I would like it. Sure enough, I made a good decision. Will buy again.

It was light and had a very nice aroma. I was thinking of making mimosas with it, but it was actually quite good on its own. I enjoyed that it wasn't astringent nor have a bitter aftertaste. It's the perfect entertaining wine since I think most people would find this wine pleasant. Not to mention that the pretty packaging also makes it a great host(ess) gift!

They could probably dance better than I do after two glasses. It’s crisp and fresh, with hints of green apple, pear, and just enough citrus to keep it interesting. Dry enough to feel posh but not so much that it feels like a mouthful of chalk. Perfect for brunch, celebrations, or just a Tuesday when you fancy pretending you’re in Italy. It had a strong aftertaste that was quite unpleasant. The packaging is beautiful, I love the bright red label. The price is also very affordable. The bottle would look gorgeous in a gift basket or as a hostess gift.

In return, I have to tell you my honest review. In all actuality, this seriously couldn’t have come at a better time! I just received a promotion and we were able to celebrate in style with this delicious Prosecco!! Created in Italy, this prosecco is absolutely delicious. Of course always served chilled, it has a crisp, refreshing flavor with delicate bubbles that made each sip an absolute treat. There’s notes of green apple, pear, and a touch of citrus. It was balanced and had smooth, floral finishes. It’s light but very flavorful! It was the perfect choice for toasting this special moment! This was my first time trying Francis Coppola and I know the rest of the flavors are delicious because this was! I definitely recommend it for any celebration or occasion, whether it’s for a dinner party or just because, it’s definitely a bottle worth savoring! I will be purchasing more in the future.
