Description
The ideal addition to any work area, this metal desk lamp features a dual USB port built into the base. The industrial rubbed bronze finish base is topped by a Mission style lamp shade made from naturally occurring mica. Mica is a natural material that is cut very thin so that it is translucent and allows light to shine through, then applied to a thin poly backing to create the shade shape. The appearance of each shade will be unique due to the varying color tones and patterns found in natural mica. Two pull chains help control lighting levels.

Instant style!
Although it's a bit smaller than I had imagined, this lamp is classically stylish. It looks perfect in my bedroom, though it would grace any room with it's unique charm. I particularly like the natural Alabaster shade.

THE SHADE IS NOT MICA. IT'S PLASTIC. Maybe "mica" style plastic.
The shade is plastic. It is not mica. you can't bend mica like this. Now once you get past the deception, it's a nice lamp. Good for a desk. Maybe not for an end table in a living room. It is 20" high and I think a slightly taller lamp would be better for a couch. Base is solid. The USB port is a 2 amp charging port. The pull chains work well. It looks nice sitting there on the end table. I'm just a little chapped about the lamp shade. Here are a few pictures to let you see it before you buy it. Plastic panes held in with the same flexible metal tabs as cheap picture frames. They could have used curved glass and elevated the lamp but they cheeped out with the shade.

Love the beautiful Mission style with the convenience of a USB port. Lamp is sturdy and good quality. I also appreciate the on/off pull chains - I dislike lamps with switches on the cord and especially floor switches. The lamp shipped quickly, was well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition (though the packing material is messy to remove.)

I love the lamp!
Really pretty lamp and lots of compliments on it already. Came perfectly wrapped. What's really nice is having the option of using either 1 light at a time or both lights for a brighter look. I do suggest the softlight bulbs but that's just my taste. The daylight ones seem too bright for me.

That's a good suggestion about the bulbs. You could also use a lower wattage or lower lumens bulb, or a frosted bulb design in order to cut down on the brightness. Thank you for the review.

Very classy little lamp. Perfect for my office. It sits a the end of an L shaped built in desk, next to a sofa/sofa bed for guests. Just the right amount of warm, welcoming light. Guests love it.
