I bought one of these post lights and it burned out in less than two years. There's no way to fix it if the led unit burns out. We didn't even have the light on often.

Beware...The LED lights are not replaceable and do not last! I unfortunately learned the hard way. Bought 2 and had to replace both of them within 2 years. of course out of warranty period. The LED light is a non replaceable part. they make you buy a new lamp. I also had the expense of an electrician to install these twice. says they will get 30,000 hrs is completely false. Not 1 but 2 lasted less than 150 hours. No compensation was given by lamps plus
Seem to retire after 1.5 years...

If there were a option for zero stars thats what this would be. have had for 2 years..only turned on to let dogs out at night and of course now the module has gone bad

If there was a rating for zero that is what I would give these Callaway lights. We bought 4 lights one post, 1 hanging, 2 wall for over $500 in 2016. One by one they have all burnt out and must be replaced. DO NOT BUY THESE...since you can not replace or replace the LEDS I consider it irresponsible for LAMPS PLUS to even sell them. Now we have to buy all new lighting and pay for installation. In the meantime its very dark are there. NOT A FAN.

I purchased 6 of these lamps for installation, and have had two of the LED bulbs burn out in less than 2 years of use. So that is 1/3 failure rate. The last time I called customer service I was told it was beyond the warranty limits. Pretty lights, when they work they work well, however at $179 a light replacing them every year or so is not feasible, not to mention frustrating. Lamps Plus make it right, replace this lamp. I would not buy this or recommend it to anyone.

I had ordered a lamp from Home Depot prior and when it arrived the glass was totally shattered. Very impressed with your packing. My mom just ordered a new lamp post light as well after seeing the one I got! ?? ??

Bought one post light and 5 house lights. Was told they should last forever. 2 years later 2 so far don’t work. Replaced the post light with a light from Home Depot. Talked with Judy at lamps plus. She wanted to sell us another one. Lol. They can’t be fixed. Loved them until they went bad. Never again will I buy from lamps plus. Don’t stand by their products????

My Callaway Rustic Bronze 16" High LED Post Lights x 4 have all had trouble. They burn out after 2 years. Recently had one replaced. The LEDs are cheap and no place to find replacements. Steer clear of these lights. Spent lots of $$$ and dissatisfied!! The salesman informs me these will last 20 years... Yea right!

This LED bulb in this light is "integrated" (i.e. cannot be changed). It is incredibly bright. What was intended as a subtle welcoming light is nothing but obtrusive an a haven for bugs. We cannot even keep it on.

I have had two of these stop working, both over a year old, but not near how long they should have lasted, probably less than 100 hours per year. The LED modules should be replaceable, I took the lamp apart, the module is just held in by three set screws and is connected by a small plug. Instead I had to buy different brand lamps, from a different store. Very unhappy, I also have that same style/manufacturer outside wall lamps and one of those has now gone out. Bad product.

Love the light but as others have stated, the light/bulb burnt out in snot 12 months. So far no help or answer on how to replace or if replacement is possible. Superior light but does not last long.
