Free AF Non-Alcoholic Apero Spritz - 4pk/8.4 fl oz Cans

Hard pass. This "Apero Spritz" tastes like orange soda that has gone off. The bitterness is more on par with Campari and lacks the gentleness of Aperol. The "Afterglow" that promises a warming sensation like drinking actual alcohol is like eating a very small amount of Sichuan pepper (the stuff that makes chili crisp so unique) - not exactly what I'm looking for in a beverage. There's no indication on the packaging what Afterglow is. There's an asterisk next to the name, but no corresponding asterisk with an explanation. Plus, if you read the FAQs on this company's website, you'll find their alcohol-free products contain <0.5% alcohol, something which is also not stated on the packaging (but is probably why I got carded to buy this stuff!).

Good flavor, sweet with a nice bitter component like Aperol. The “afterglow” is a warming effect like alcohol. Decent substitute.

I cannot express to you how gross this mocktail is. It’s like orange soda has gone bad somehow. I poured it out after the first sip. I’ve liked other nonalcoholic cocktails from other brands, but this is not it.

Similar to the real thing! Especially since aperol spritz come in so many different varieties depending on where you order it. Very delicious, even tastes like you’re drinking something alcoholic with that warm feeling

Close enough although I add a dash of bitters for a more aperol spritz like taste. I've tried other non alcohol versions claiming to be this flavor and this one is by far the closest. I've bought it multiple times!

Delicious, although, it tastes more like a Negroni than an Aperol Spritz to me.

I don’t understand the positive reviews of this product. It is positively REVOLTING. I could not get past the first sip.

Very good! Similar to an Aperol Spritz in the bitterness and fizz. If you like a sweet drink, this isn’t for you. Could have a bit more orange flavor; I’d suggest adding some club soda and an orange slice to make it last longer as the cans are small. I’d buy this again. Delicious little mocktail!

Basically an orange soda. We wanted to love it but the flavor just isn’t there.

I was so excited to try this, I love the idea of “afterglow” but man this is not good. Once poured over ice it looks and smells like orange soda. Like literally, orange Fanta. But the taste… it’s like.. orange soda and tonic water mixed. It’s not good, and nothing special. I’m upset I wasted my money on this.

Best AF brand EVERY! I hope target continues to carry this!

This claims to be a 4 pack but multiple packs I picked up only had 3 cans including the one I took home. Also target requires your ID to purchase a NONALCOHOLIC beverage… the product itself is lackluster, doesn’t taste like the real thing
