I find it to have more layers of flavor than some of the other beans I have tried from Fresh Roasted Coffee, making for a complex cup every time!

The dark boldness pairs nicely with cocoa. And its also smooth enough that sometimes I mix it with caffeinated coffee to make black half-caf in the morning.

Finding one that actually tastes better than the caffeine version is nearly impossible. Enter FRC's Dark Knight water process Decaf. Amazing richness, smooth and not too much acidity for my tende gut. So many friends are surprised that it is Decaf. We primarily use it dripped and in our espresso machine. I buy it in 5 lb whole bean bags for home and Keurig cups for work. The best.
