The acidity of this medium roast coffee is mild and citrusy, making the overall cup absolutely delectable.The region's coop is dedicated to helping farmers learn and utilize methods of sustainable agricultural, production and organic farming, which serves to preserve and enhance the flavor of this already spectacular coffee.This coffee has undergone a full screening for mold and mycotoxins and has been declared toxicologically safe and compliant. Joy in My Mouth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep on hand several other delicious, organic, single-source Fresh Roasted coffees like Colombian, Mexican, and Peruvian - all delicious. My husband gets up first and makes our morning coffee. The first morning he used Huehuetanango I took my first sip and was in awe about the richness, velvety feel, and hint of chocolate. It immediately became my favorite. I wish it was offered in water-processed decaf too. I also love the fact that it is tested and safe from mold and mycotoxins. That is very important in my books. Hurray for Fresh Roasted Coffee and their luxurious coffee offerings!

Simply The Best People/Coffee My Home Country Has Ever Produced

When roasted perfectly, like Fresh Roasted Coffee did this 5 pounder, you can smell the Best Coffee On Earth "Before" you even open it! The golden oil slick, that floats on top of your clear coffee cup" is the final detail, that tells you, "This Stuff Is Special". Growing up in Puerto San Jose, Guatemala, I got to taste "The Best" that Guatemala produces. Huehuetenango IS the best that our extensive family has found!! Great taste and smooth transition from a light roast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently purchased the Organic Guatemalan Huehuetenango, one important thing I love about it is that it is mold free. The flavors are robust a soothing. I've always been a light roast drinker and was told to step outside the box so I did and I will be adding this bean to the rotation of morning brews.
