Always excellent coffee

I've tried half calf, decaf, and all kinds of countries' coffees - all great! Just tried the latest - 5 pound bag of Mexican Medium Toast. It was perfect! And, my husband came downstairs to tell me that he really, really loves this latest coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased four types of beans, 2 Ibs each, for a total of 8 Ibs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. The beans were not particularly special, and two of the bags labeled as medium roast arrived oily and much darker than expected-closer to a medium-dark or dark roast. When I reached out to customer support, I was told that their medium roast is supposed to be oily and dark. Instead of offering a resolution, I was given a 25% coupon, which felt dismissive rather than helpful. This left me unsatisfied with both the product and the support experience. While I hadn't planned on leaving a review, your request for feedback prompted me to share my honest opinion. I will not be ordering from this company again, as both the product quality and customer service did not meet expectations.

It has a depth of flavor most coffees do not. There's lot's of naturally sweet and earthy tones that compliments the smooth and full mouthfeel of this coffee. I will definitely be buy this one again!
