Tender chicken recipe roll. Awesome food.
Seriously happy with this food. No wheat filler. (important for my lil guy), Ingredients list is very good-Chicken, veggies, brown rice (good for firm stool). I feed with a very little bit of kibble. Fresh food is less fattening than kibble too if your pal is a bit chonky lol, so I can give him more loaf, he’s happy, I’m happy too because his poop after pick up is like it never happened. Firm stool. OH, I use Tender Chicken Recipe roll, looks like a terrier sort on the label one ear up.

Good food for my dog
I started using as a topper 3 months ago and as time went by I've ended up giving as a main meal with just a quarter cup or so of his kibble for some crunch. I use close to two 6 pound rolls a week. I've now started giving chicken in morning and beef in evening. I wish there were other options available in 6 lb rolls in the stores. I would love to order online but the cost is so much more expensive. Oh and to keep it fresh I bought two roll containers made for this type of food to make sure it's fresh because it has gone bad on me before by using a baggy.

Not a fan
U bought this food thinking it was a good solution to help my senior dogs eat with ease. I fed them in the morning before going to work.....when I got home, they were very sick. They had vomited and were very lethargic. After some research, I found claims that other pet owners made about this food making dogs very sick with Salmonella poisoning. I won't be buying this food ever again and I will recommend that my friends stop buying it.

My picky eater loves this food!
I'm so happy I tried Freshpet because my picky dog loves it! He actually sits and asks for his food! He has NEVER done this before! He wouldn't touch his old brand of food when he first wakes up, now he can't wait for it! I love how it stays fresh for 7 days and always looks and smells FRESH, unlike his precious can food! Thank you Freshpet from me and my dog Marley!

Best investment for my pets
This food is awesome! My dogs love it and you can see the healthy benefits in their fur which has become shinier and softer. My 13 year old Chihuahua who was very overweight and slept all day has been transformed into a slender little lady who runs and plays again like a puppy.......amazing!

Wouldn't buy ever again
We initially enjoyed the food for our dog but as time went on, we found that our dog was getting sick off and on and we couldn't understand why. Later we found out that not only was our dog having issues with the same exact food, but after speaking with several owners of dogs, they were experiencing the same issue. One of which found pieces of rubber all throughout the food. I initially thought it was a random thing. However, after the digestive issues our dog was having compared with others having issues as well, we realized it wasn't just us. We switched to making our own food to test out if it was the product and found no more issues with our dog's digestive system thankfully. We will never purchase this product again. It's too risky.

My dog has lived on this food most of his 16 years
I have been feeding my 16 year old beagle this food for the majority of his life. He still likes it, I just need to make sure it doesn't go past the 7 day limit after opening the package, otherwise, he won't eat it. It would be nice if Freshpet offered a 3 or 4 lb roll with the same cost effectiveness as the 6 lb roll. My boy does have a lot of skin growths but the vet has not been able to advise on what these are caused from.

We started using Freshpet about a month ago. My dog loves it!!!! She’s 11 years old and I’ve never seen her so excited to eat! If I’m late getting her dinner, she’ll just stare at me until I get up to feed her.

New life for Xena
Xena is a 13 year old wiemeriner that was not doing well at all. I thought I would be burning her within weeks. She had incontinence, throwing up on a regular basis, couldn't sleep through the night and had problems walking. I changed to Freshpet and the results have been nothing short of amazing. It looks like she has found the fountain of youth. She sleeps through the night, has not had any issues with incontinence and has made a 180 degree turnaround in total health. Thank you so much for giving Xena her life back. I only wish I would have started her on Freshpet years earlier.

My fur friends love it
We've been buying this for a little over a year now and my fur buddies love it. One is a very picky eater and never stayed with the same food for more than a month or two before he'd lose interest and stop eating it. Since we've been using freshpet he can't wait to eat. On a rare occasion he gets a little bored with it but we make him an egg w/ cheese to mis with it and he scarfs it down. After a day or two he's back to eating this alone. My sister (vet tech) tells me this is just normal for some dog's, but overall we're not changing brands every couple months.

Last week I followed my Daughter's advise to try Fresh pet. I wanted to stop receiving "The Farmers Dog" because it requires freezer space. Fresh pet only requires refrigerator space. Molly is as happy as I am about making the change. She loves it

Our pup loves Fresh Pet
We continued to feed our 7 month old rescue pup the kibble that he ate at the rescue organization because we didn't want to upset his stomach. Recently he started to vomit up that food several times a day. We tried a slow feed bowl and reducing the amount of food he got with no success. We then tried Fresh Pet and immediately no more vomiting. He has more energy and just looks better (all within 48 hours). Our little guy deserves the best and he gets that with Fresh Pet.

Finally….he loves it!
Chase (52 lb, lab mix) was diagnosed with kidney disease about 4 months ago. The loss of appetite and getting him to eat was a struggle. After his refusal to eat the kidney diet food, we were cooking food special for him, he would eat it for a few days and suddenly he wouldn’t like it anymore. I decided to give Freshpet a try. Very glad we did. He is getting the proper nutrients and we have noticed he is sleeping less and has more energy. We just want him to maintain his weight and enjoy eating his food again.

Your Dog Food saved our dogs life!!
Our Maggie is 11 years young. She has never really left that "puppy" stage.. always running, jumping... full of life. Until late this past spring, when she suddenly became lethargic, had some stomach troubles.. and very low appetite. Her energy level started dropping drastically. We tried a few different kinds of foods, and eventually landed on FreshPet. The results have been nothing short of miraculous! Loving Life even more!
We adopted our Pomsky Josie when she was 6 months old, she had digested issues and went through 5 different foods she did not like any of them not to mention did not help her bowel movements, talk about a waste of money! I am a holistic nutritionist and decided to listen to my training, reading the ingredients and customers reviews of Freshpet we gave it a try. She loves it and has been eating for the last year (she will be 2 in June 2024) with perfect bowel movements! This makes me so happy to see her happy and loving her life even more!
