Had been buying this delicious sauce for a couple of years until I couldn’t find in the regular grocery stores! It seems to be harder to find these days but when I find it, I buy more than 2 ! It’s that good ! Instead of the Corn Tortillas I use GF tortillas and they are the bomb used in tbis recipe!

As soon as they finished their meal they were already asking when we could have it again. Apparently this is going to be a new pantry staple in our house. I liked how easy it made dinner prep. And the pouch made for less clean up as well. All in all the ingredient quality of this product was 10 out of 10.

The texture is runny but after they come out of the oven it seeps into the tortilla. Package is definitely single use and not great for storage .

The flavors taste amazing and this is super convenient for when I want to make a quick meal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frontera Green Chile Enchilada Sauce helped to make a delicious and healthy dinner. I followed the recipe on the back of the sauce packet with a few modifications. I used 1 shredded cooked chicken breast to make 6 Enchiladas. I used 2 cores tortillas and 4 low carb flour tortillas. I loved this dish with the low carb tortillas. I sprinkled cheddar cheese on top before baking and cooked a bit longer than the recipe as I like my cheese browned. This meal was easy to make, very flavorful with a hint of spice and also pretty healthy.

The flavor is bold and tangy,with the roasted tomatillos and garlic ,a smoky depth that pairs beautifully with chicken or cheese fillings. It has just the right amount of heat—not too mild, but not overwhelming either. The consistency is right,thick enough to coat the enchiladas without making them soggy. I used an 8-ounce pouch to cover 6 enchiladas and it was the perfect amount. What also I loved is that it's non-GMO, which is a nice bonus. If you're looking for an easy way to elevate your enchilada, this sauce is definitely worth a try.

I had never tried this brand of sauces before and honestly had never even noticed them but am definitely going to be purchasing them in the future. I make homemade enchiladas and enchilada soup and prefer using green sauce versus red so was excited to try this. It is great! It is so rich and flavorful and adds a whole new dimension of flavor to my dish I have not found in the 3 varieties I typically have available in my area. It is made of all-natural ingredients and has no preservatives. The roasted tomatillos and poblanos really burst with flavor. I recommend this sauce for your Mexican inspired dish!
