I'm in love with Ceylon cinnamon! It took a day or 2 to get used to it after a lifetime of Saigon cinnamon! I can feel the "health" in the depth of the flavor. I appreciate that any sugar floating around in my blood is being challenged by this cinnamon.

It isn't quite what I expected. The taste is somewhat "earthy", and it is not as sweet as I think it should be. Also, the cinnamon scent is not as potent. I use it with my breakfast yogurt, and miss the flavor. I would not use it for baking, as I am afraid the flavor would just cook out and disappear.

excellent cinnamon. wouldn't purchase any other. for the price and quality, it can't be beat. besides, this type of cinnamon is healthy for you and not a detriment to one's health as cassia cinnamon is. if eaten in a high quantity, cassia can be toxic. ceylon is the only way to go. glad swanson's has it for a fair price because most cinnamon at the supermarkets is the lower quality cassia. one more point, it helps regulate one's blood sugar.

It’s great at a good price. I put it in bulletproof coffee. I wish it were ground finer for that reason. Otherwise, I love it. On top of that, try finding it amongst the imitation stuff at the brick and mortar stores.

Have reviewed before but since requested again.... we LOVE this cinnamon and don't buy any other than type of cinnamon but Ceylon, and this brand, Frontier! Love that this is organic & fair trade certified, and it's also kosher. We use this daily at our house; great in baking and also sprinkled into oatmeal, cold cereals, on toast, stirred into yogurt or cottage cheese, on fruits. This bulk option is a great money-saver!

I really enjoy adding 1 Tbsp of Frontier Co-Op Ceylon Cinnamon onto my oatmeal for breakfast. The very refined cinnamon tasted sweet and flavorful. Besides it is supposed to be beneficial for one’s blood sugar.I definitely would recommend this cinnamon as a culinary delight.
