Ginger: Spice and Medicine
I like it because I put it into a shaker, and can use it on any cooked food. Ginger in food helps to alleviate nausea. And I like it to use as a spice.

Excellent Quality and Price

Great value
This was a great price and love the product. I researched the benefits of ginger root and find myself using at least a few teaspoons a day. Thought it's a large quantity it will get used for sure. Works great in smoothies and my morning hot water brew with lemon juice, cayenne pepper and ginger!

Swanson's Best Kept Secret
I wanted organic ginger I could use instead of conventional ginger capsules. This is great stuff because it is strong enough . It is water soluble ; so well that it mixes readily in juices, teas, coffee, and water. I use about 1/4 teaspoon in my drinks and that is enough for me. Works great. It is organic , and best of all, cheaper in the long run then the ginger capsules . I like to mix it in just water and drink it with my dinner. Great ginger ! Thank you Swanson for another great product.
