Cheesy street corn flavor. Too bad there were only 8 in the package. A little pricey for that amount. The dough came out better when I cooked it in the air fryer. The filling did spill out a bit but not a big deal. The cheesy corn filling is good, it could use more salt but it passes. My kid is a picky eater and he actually liked these!

I cooked mine in a preheated toaster oven and got perfect results. They’re perfectly brown with a slight crisp on the outside and warm on the inside. The mix inside has a slightly thicker texture than I expected (think closer to cream cheese) but I’m a huge fan. They aren’t at all spicy which some might hope for but they taste great, everything I’d hoped for. They are a bit on the small side and are 1-2 bites. But if you’re only wanting a snack or small appetizer, I think they’re a fantastic option.

I loved them. I could tell when I picked up the box there wasn’t much in it. 8 two bite empanadas. You need 2 boxes as an appetizer for a family of 4. Creamy, delicious, and fun to eat though. I baked them in the oven per the directions. Will buy again and make them in the air fryer next time.

THESE RIGHT HERE, ARE IT! I Air Fried for 6 minutes on high and they came out delish. I’m sad they are so little. I ate them all in one sitting. Nice little appetizer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Kids loved them! Didn’t taste much like actual elote but they are pretty good. The filling was slightly separated but if you ate in one bite or didn’t look inside, totally fine. Fun compliment to add to taco night.
