Cook up countryside classics with a steamy helping of this Frozen Gold & White Corn Blend from Good & Gather™. Corn is excellent for adding body and texture to soups, stuffings, stews and more, or you can add a little butter for a delectable side next to your roast, grilled chicken or mashed potatoes. You can even add it to sweet corn cakes or corn muffins for extra flavor.

Directions
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully.
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Combine corn and 1/2 cup water in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
3. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Drain. Season to taste.

Terrible now
This corn used to delicious. Recently within the last 6 - 9 months the quality has gone downhill. What’s happened with quality and control? The corn is hard and tough and not chewable. My sons will no longer eat it. I tried it and was disgusted. The white corn pieces are inedible. They are fibrous, hard and bland. Please bring back the white and corn from a year ago.
