Tastes wonderful for how low-calorie it is! Something like this would easily be 1,000+ calories at a restaurant. I added pepper to mine and ate it with a fork. I wish there were a way to microwave it, however, because I don't always want to have that many dishes by making it in the oven. Definitely let it cool for at least 8 mins or so after cooking because I burned the roof of my mouth even after 5 minutes. The mac n cheese inside stays HOT.

Easy to Make but Very Dry
I liked the texture of the outside but mine came out really dry on the inside. Hard to tell if the taste wasn't very good because of that or what. Maybe cook for a little less time than the box says, or at a lower temperature for longer. I may try the non-lentil version and see if I like it better.
