Made with roasted zucchini, eggplant, red pepper and seasoned with garlic, basil and salt, this veggie blend must be kept frozen and needs to be fully cooked before serving. Directions
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Oven (Preferred Method)
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange vegetables in single layer on large rimmed baking pan (line with parchment paper for easy cleanup).
3. Bake on center oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot throughout and golden brown, turning halfway through.
Stovetop
1. Combine vegetables and 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet.
2. Cook uncovered over MEDIUM heat for 8 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently.

Don't even bother listening to the negative reviews because they obviously don't know how to cook or they are just very picky eaters. If you know how to cook, aren't a picky eater and like all these veggies, then you're going to love this especially with the seasoning. It's absolutely delicious. I cook this in a frying pan with some oil and comes out absolutely fantastic. I add some grilled shrimp and grilled chicken. Then I add some red pepper bruschetta, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and some grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Voila!

Wrong cooking directions!
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I did exactly as the directions said. 40p for 45 minutes. I was cooking fish with it so I figured at 20 min in I would stir and put the fish on. Every single vegetable was burnt to a crisp! Something is up. Either the directions are wrong. Or the veggies I got are wrong. Either way, I am upset that my veggies were not what I could actually use!

Charred mess if you follow the directions. I thought that 40 minutes at 400 was long. I let it go and when I opened the oven, it was a charred mess and not usable. If you buy it, cut the time down to 20 minutes but shock on it as it goes.

Beware of cooking instructions
The package says to cook them for 40 to 45 minutes at 400° f which seems like a really long time but I trusted the process and let them cook for 40 minutes. They were brought to an absolute crisp and we're unedible. I'd say maybe cook them 20 minutes max
