Enjoy with butter or herbs for a delectable side everyone will love. DirectionsNeeds to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout.Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.Microwave1. Pour beans into microwave-safe dish. For 4 cups beans, add 1/2 cup water; for 2 cups beans, add 1/4 cup water.2. Microwave on HIGH as directed below or until hot.**4 cups: 5 minutes; stir; microwave 3 to 5 minutes longer2 cups: 3 minutes; stir; microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer3. Drain. Season to taste.**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.Stovetop1. Pour beans into saucepan. For 4 cups beans, add 1/2 cup water; for 2 cups beans, add 1/4 cup water.2. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. 3. Tons of brown spots
I go through these quickly, so I like the size of the bag, the closure, and the price. However, that’s all negated by how many pieces have brown spots, mostly on the ends where they’ve been cut but sometimes on the sides too. The picture shows how many brown ones I took out of about what was supposed three servings—it’s a literal handful, and that has been common for months now. This didn’t used to be a problem, and these used to be my favorite frozen green beans out of all the stores I shop in. But I’m now convinced this has become a permanent issue, so I’m switching to a different store that sells them for a bit more but doesn’t require me picking through what I’ve made and throwing a whole serving down the drain each time. What a waste of time and money!

They are slimy...My partner can’t even eat them...they don’t taste terrible, but they definitely don’t taste as good as fresh green beans
