Prefer plane cauliflower rice
Easy heating instruction. Cauliflower rice itself is good but very few asparagus. Asparagus itself is very hard like plastic. I spit it out. I would just but plane cauliflower rice next time.

Delicious!
Delicious! It has no additives. I like that it is not seasoned because once it’s added it’s too salty and is not good for those with high blood pressure. I added extra virgin olive oil a little salt and pepper. I also do not like garlic or onions and most seasoned vegetables have these ingredients added. Target could do better by adding the tops instead of the bottoms of the asparagus.

where's teh asparagus? flavor?
This was almost all cauliflower, there were maybe a dozen mushroom pieces and 5 borderline woody asparagus ends, not a single delicious top. And there's no seasoning to this, I got it as an easy side but it was so bland that I spent more time adding flavor than I wanted. I was hoping fhe asparagus and mushrooms would give this a great flavor but when they forget to add enough to the bag, it fails.

Over priced by $1.00 per bag for a rip off version of the original Green Giant which is still for Superior shame on you target
Price is $1.00 more, it's a copy of green giant rice cauliflower mushroom and asparagus which is fabulous. Come On Target you could do better!

Convenient but not the best
I thought it would have an interesting flavor but I can hardly taste the mushroom. The price is cheap bec it tastea simply like any crushed cauliflower. I think Trader's has better flavorful options. For this one I think it's paying simply for the convenience of not cutting and microwaving. Frozen also helps stock it when needed.

Perfect quick & healthy base for a meal!
So good!!! I love cooking this in a pan on the stove, covered for a few min with a dash of olive oil. I just throw it in (usually with Targets sweet potato/carrot medley) and top with some sort of protein and whatever spices or hot sauces I'm feeling at the moment. Amazing, filling and cheap!
