Q: How is the wrinkling after washing? I have been trying out different sheets and after I wash them they look super wrinkled, which makes them appear cheap and unkep
A: No - not wrinkle resistant or free. I have done as one person mentioned. Dry one sheet at a time and immediately take out-- Very disapointed
submitted byCeegee - 6 years agoA: I bought them before and they were wrinkle free straight out of the dryer. The new set I bought about 6 months ago wrinkle terribly! I should have returned them. I will not buy them again!
submitted byPF - 1 year agoA: Target must have changed manufacturers... they use to be wrinkle free and soft... now course and even ironing doesn’t take away the wrinkles
submitted byBecky - 6 years agoA: Worst sheets I have ever bought. From Pakistan, they wrinkle horribly. I even tried ironing them. If Target doesn't take them back I am throwing them away. DO NOT BUY!
submitted byJules - 2 years agoA: These wrinkles a lot more than previous versions of this set. They’ve also changed their colors. Blush is no longer the pretty pink that it originally was. Bums me out about both issues. :(
submitted byNo Juan - 11 months agoA: These are the best new sheets I have bought in a long time. They feel nice against your skin. There are some large wrinkles and some shake out, and the rest relax after being on your bed for a day. I have no problem with the wrinkles. I used to love the Shabby Chic patterned sheets, and those were the worst sheets I have ever seen anywhere, in my own home or staying at someone else's home.
submitted byKaren - 8 years agoA: These sheets are incredible but they are not truly wrinkle resistant. you have to fold them or put them on the bed right out of the dryer. They do crease when you sleep in them but they are real cotton
submitted byChristina A - 3 years agoA: Very, very wrinkly after washing and drying they also shrunk so I don’t understand. I wasted my money.
submitted byJoe - 2 months agoA: Very wrinkly after washing and drying first time. Will be returning
submitted bySimone - 7 years agoA: I use them for my Airbnb and I spray w/water when making the bed and all the wrinkles come out! I like it wrinkle free and that does the trick!
submitted byKathi - 6 years agoA: I used to love. Made in India are better quality than made in Pakistan. Older version from India are softer and come out of the dryer nicely. I do not recommend made in Pakistan version.
submitted byXXXX - 8 months agoA: hey are not as wrinkle freeas Target sheets used to be. The deep band on the top of the flat sheet is cut so far off grain that they will never iron flat. The resemble "sateen" in name only. Bad!
submitted byGail - 4 years agoA: Hi Michelle - Everyone loves a good set of sheets, and these are receiving great reviews! We'd recommend reading a few reviews for real life expertise from those who already own them. Thanks! - Shelly
submitted byShelly - 8 years agoTarget staff supportA: Made in India they are soft. Made in Pakistan they are rough and wrinkle badly.
submitted byMamaT - 6 years agoA: The problem is this brand is made in different countries. Very frustrating they are not made the same. The ones that wash good and are softer are made in China. I returned the ones made in Pakistan.
submitted byShopaholic - 4 years agoA: I have found the difference is where the sheets are made. Some say made in India and others say made in Pakistan. The sheets made in India are the nicer ones that are smoother and don’t wrinkle. Now I only buy the made in India options. It says on the package and in the pillow cases where they are made.
submitted byVCook - 5 years agoA: These sheets are no longer made in India and are now wrinke resistant, not wrinkle free, rough, pillow casws seams do not line up and look terrible after washing. New manufacturer, new material. Terri
submitted byJanet - 2 years agoA: They are horribly wrinkled fresh from the dryer! One of the pillow cases has a flaw running all the way down the length of it and is shorter than the other. Long threads hanging from every seam. I bought a fitted sheet of this brand a year ago that was much better and wrinkle free, but this set is awful. I will be returning them, even though I’ve washed them.
submitted byrkrc - 5 years agoA: My sets (made in India) aren't completely wrinkle free, but they're close if you fold them right out of the dryer.
submitted byGDKay - 1 year agoA: These are wonderful! The only time I've had wrinkles is when I left them in the dryer for 3 days... If you leave them in the dryer overnight, you'll have some creases but not really "wrinkles."
submitted byNM Red Soul - 8 years agoA: wrinkles disappear when the fitted sheet is on the mattress. I also noticed if I just wash the set together and dry together they seem better, not as many wrinkles.
submitted byMichele - 7 months agoA: These used to be very soft and wrinkle free, but are now rougher and wrinkly quite a bit. Target must have changed the fabric.
submitted bydebbie - 7 years agoA: We've have five sets over the last five years and they be all been decently wrinkle resistant.
submitted bykimberlymacg - 11 months agoA: These sheets USED TO BE AMAZING! No Longer!! I bought probably my fifth pair a month ago and they are scratchy to the touch and the worst part is they are no longer wrinkle resistant!! They were my favorite sheets even compared to much, much more expensive sheets from non-Target vendors. PLEASE, PLEASE Target, please go back to your old manufacturer. I can no longer recommend these sheet sets and I will not buy in the future unless I read favorable reviews that you have changed them.

Q: Are the sheets wrinkle resistant ?
A: You have to pull them from the washer and immediately put them in the dryer and pull them from the dryer one piece at a time and fold them while still warm they will be absolutely fine!
submitted bygloglo - 7 years agoA: Cotton and Percale Not the same.
submitted byDi - 2 years agoA: Hello Jane - Yes! You and your bed will appreciate the sleep upgrade provided by this Threshold™ Performance Sheet Set. It's easy-care wrinkle, pill and shrink resistant. Thanks! - Julie
submitted byJulie - 9 years agoTarget staff supportA: Just washed these for the first time right out of the package. The fabric before washing had a sheen and felt really slippery like a sateen. After washing they took on more of a cotton percale feel. They were not heavily wrinkled, however I use proper care of the fabrics in large front load home machines: wash in lower temp water, without overloading machines, dry on lower temp, do not over dry and remove immediately when completed. The fabric looks freshly laundered but do not require ironing.
submitted byDebbsSeattle - 8 years agoA: The sheets I purchased years ago have no problem with wrinkling however both set ended up looking tie dyed. Parts of the sheets lost it's color. Giver these sheets were not for guests I've kept them. I kept them and buying more now because the are the nicest sheets! They wear well the pillow cases have a tuck feature to hide your pillow. Material is smooth, they have deep corners and fit our taller mattresses. I'm giving these another go and hope they hold it's color. $55 for a good value set of queen bedding. If it doesn't work out I'll return it. I'm thankful for targets customer service.
submitted byMamapatts - 7 months agoA: Just bought these on Black Friday sale... I am so disappointed... both the sheets and pillowcases are very wrinkly and almost stiff. I had the Threshold printed sheets for years and they were lovely - must have changed the fabric. My old wonderful sheets say made in India, these say made in Pakistan. I've washed them a couple times hoping to smooth them out, but no luck. Probably can't return them at this point.
submitted byStylin - 6 years agoA: No. The worst sheets I’ve ever owned. Never seen sheets be this wrinkled. What a waste of money. Wish I’d read reviews before I bought. Lesson learned.
submitted byMarilyn - 2 years agoA: As someone else mentioned, if you get the sheets made in India, they're fine. Get the ones from Pakistan and they're not as soft AND they wrinkle like old aluminum foil.
submitted byJK - 2 years agoA: No very wrinkly after washing and drying once.
submitted bySimone - 7 years agoA: These used to be soft and wrinkle-resistant, but now, after washing, they are rougher and wrinkle quite a bit. Target must have changed the fabric.

Q: Are these sheets percale? Thanks!
A: Yes. Not microfiber! Real cotton sheets.
submitted byChristina A - 3 years agoA: Hi DKFrank - Good question! These sheets aren't percale sheets, as they're 100% Cotton. We hope you find what you're looking for! - Alli
submitted byAlli - 6 years agoTarget staff supportA: Percale refers to the WEAVE of the fabric and can be any material. (Cotton, poly etc) I cannot find anywhere if these sheets are percale or sateen (another less sturdy type of weave)
submitted byZilla96 - 4 years agoA: Percale sheets are made of cotton and are a finish as described above. Target needs to have more knowledgeable staff address questions.
submitted byjane doe - 5 years agoA: Percale is a type of finish, not a material. It can be 100% cotton or whatever threads.
submitted byHi - 6 years agoA: Percale and sateen are BOTH weaves. These are sateen. Sateens are typically softer and warmer. Percales are typically crisper and cooler. Either can be 100% cotton or a blend.

Q: do these sheets feel like silk, or just soft cotten...my current sheets are 100% polyester
A: They feel like a cotton gown. Good quality with some weight to them but they stay cool to the touch. Not microfiber.
submitted byChristina A - 3 years agoA: The fabric feels like a smooth slippery sateen right out of the package. I have just purchased and washed them before use...the fabric took on more of a cotton percale feeling after washing & drying. For me, this is what I was desiring. Sateen cotton can be too tightly woven and cause sweating due to lack of breathability. If a purely smooth silky sateen is what you desire, I would say these WILL NOT make you happy. If a crisp cotton is more your style, I would say you WILL enjoy.
submitted byDebbsSeattle - 8 years agoA: Not as silky as one would hope.
submitted byAli - 9 years agoA: They used to be silky but they have changed in recent times. They still feel soft in the package, but as soon as you wash them they feel like plain cotton. These were my favorite sheets but I will no longer buy them
submitted bydebbie - 7 years agoA: Hi vivan - Thanks for asking. These sheets are made of 100% cotton with a sateen feel for softness and durability. Hope that helps! - Nathalie
submitted byNathalie - 9 years agoTarget staff supportA: NO, New material, no longer made in India. Terrible feeling and looking sheets. Wrinkle resistant no longer wrinkle free. Big difference.

Q: We recently purchassed a new Tempur-Pedic mattress which is only about 11 inches deep. Would these sheets fit ok or are they too deep?
A: Yes, the sheets fits: Maximum Mattress Depth: 18 Inches. Enjoy your new sheets:
submitted byMW - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: Yes, the sheets fits: Maximum Mattress Depth: 18 Inches. Enjoy your new sheets!
submitted byMW - 4 years agoTarget staff supportA: Our shrink after a couple of months. We also have an 11" deep mattress. It's a struggle to put on the fitted sheets.
submitted bySP - 2 years agoA: They ate too deep and will sag.

Q: Are the sheets resistant to benzoyl peroxide and is the fitted deep pocket
A: It is a very deep pocket. I use ProActive and it has stained the sheets if I go to bed without letting the cream dry first. I have had these sheets for almost two years and has not pilled or faded. Buying again!
submitted byMommyKi - 9 years agoA: The fitted sheet is very deep pocket. I'm not positive about the resistance to benzoyl peroxide, although this may vary with dye color with any brand.
submitted bydowntownfrenchie - 9 years agoA: As an esthetician and RN for 20 years, NOTHING is resistant to benzoyl peroxide other than the color white that cannot be bleached out by the oxygen molecules in the benzoyl peroxide.
submitted byMcNabK9 - 6 years agoA: There is a viewable PDF on each sheet page that gives a great deal of information about each type of sheets that Target currently offers. One of the rows on the PDF chart shows which sheet types are benzoyl peroxide resistant. This sheet set is not shown to be benzoyl peroxide resistant. As a rule of thumb, most natural fibers will not be benzoyl peroxide resistant, while many 100% synthetic sheets (such as microfiber) will be benzoyl peroxide resistant.

Q: twin xl and twin are the same for this product?
A: There is extra elastic sewn in near the corners so it fits either Twin or Twin XL.

Q: Will these fit a standard twin?
A: Yes, the Twin/Twin XL fitted sheet does fit on our Twin size mattress.
submitted byHenryM - 1 year agoA: The other answers are wrong. The packaging only says twin XL. It did not fit on my regular twin bed, the corners did not line up and they looked messy. I do not recommend these.
submitted byMarissa - 1 year agoA: Hello CW - Thank you for taking an interest in this product. We do have a sizing for Twin/Twin XL however we do request if you could check the product page for more information on the sizing as it would assist you better in choosing the right option. Hope this helps! Happy Shopping - Amy

Q: Do these sheets have a slippery feel? I'm a bit unsure because of the sateen finish..
A: No, they are not slippery. Satin would probably be slippery, used a lot in pillowcases to protect hair/skin. Sateen refers to the weave pattern of the cotton. I have two sets, love the rich colors.
submitted byBama - 2 years agoA: The ones listed as sateen have a sateen look (as if it were painted on), but feel the same as the cotton, i.e. they are not slippery at all and will wrinkle.
submitted byJobboCo - 1 year agoA: Hi Tracy SR - Thanks for asking. These sheets are made of 100% cotton with a sateen feel for softness and durability. Hope that helps! - Kris

Q: Are there differences in the quality of the fabric between different colors? I've ordered these in white and ivory and the ivory color seems to wrinkle less and have more of a sheen. The white seems to wrinkle much more and has no sheen.
A: These used to be soft and silky, but are now wrinkly and rougher. Target must have changed the fabric.
submitted bydebbie - 7 years agoA: Hi GThomas - Great question! This sheet set is 100% Cotton, regardless of color. I hope this helps! - Alli
submitted byAlli - 7 years agoTarget staff supportA: I believe there to be manufacturing and quality differences between the sheets made in India and those made in Pakistan. I've had better luck with those from India, so I've started checking the packaging in-store to see which sheet sets were made where.
