I paid for a NEW comforter and recieved and comforter that was used. Its disguisting.

This comforter arrived used and clearly washed and stuffed into a plastic bag. The color is faded. The 2 pillow shams were balled up and stuffed into a plastic bag along with the comforter that was clearly washed. The comforter is all lumpy. This is completely unaceptable.

I actually LOVED the product. The comforter is super soft, and the color is as pictured. I love the waffle front and the smooth underside. However, it said the product should come with two shams. We did not receive any. Because of the wrong product description, I have given only one star.

We love this comforter. perfect amount of weight on it where you don't need another blanket or quilt to feel it. Good amount of warmth/cool so you don't have to layer or vent it in any season. We use it year round. Holds up well to wear, tear, and wash. We just had to replace it for the first time in almost four years, and we bought the same one because it was great! Only complaint is the price, but we replaced it when it went on sale so no biggie!
