Used it for 10 years!
I use this product as a multivitamin along with other supplements. I would not be without it! For my hair it really makes a difference. Its thick and shiny and if I forget to take it for like 2 weeks I can see a change.

Multi-tasking supplement
I've used this product for years. Originally I bought it for my hair/skin/nails, but quickly realized this is a pretty good multivitamin supplement also. The downside to it is that the pills are large (a common issue with bio-food based supplements. Synthetics are much more compact), and the natural B vitamins are always going to be a bit stinky - you just can't get around that. Just hold your breath, and wash your hands after you take them. It's well worth it, in my opinion. I have had excellent results with this product over the years, and I do notice a difference - especially in my hair and nails - when I quit it for awhile. Good stuff!

Excellent!
I've been taking this product for years and the local store where I used to buy it stopped carrying it. I did a search for it online and Swanson's has the best price around, far better than the store I went to. Plus I could put it on auto-delivery. No other product I've considered comes close to the nice blend, and levels of vitamins, that this one has - unless I want to spend $$. Highly recommend.

Best Multi-vitamin out there
I have taken this vitamin for at least 13 years now. It has everything needed to support the whole body as well as hair, skin, and nails. I can tell a huge difference when I miss a dose. It really does strengthen the nails, and make your hair grow faster. Swanson has an excellent price point also.

This product is frankly much more complete than most of the Swanson alternatives. I find it to be one of the best formulas of its type I have ever taken. Yes, the pills smell a little strong, but that is because it has an abundance of natural ingredients. I highly recommend this product.

Buy Another Brand
I was hopeful this product would make a difference, it did not. In addition, the product smells rather bad. Search for a better alternative. Swansons has many.

pretty good product
I have purchased 4 bottles so far & have faster growing & stronger nails. My skin has been the same, didn't have a problem. My hair doesn't seem to have a huge change, but there are a few more hairs growing.
