I have tried several other multi-vitamins for men over 50 and nothing compares to this product! My energy levels have been lower since the 50 barrier. I needed a serious vitamin - so i tried this supplement. The recommendation was to take it three times a day. I only do so twice a day and feel great!

This multivitamin has high quality ingredients and some interesting herbals. The vitamins and minerals are in forms that are well regarded and in amounts that seem right for my needs. What's distinctive about this is the standardized dose of Rhodiola, which typically would set you back the cost of the bottle just for the Rhodiola itself, but here you get a high quality multi with other herbals too, all in one supplement.

I have been using a multi vitamin for all of my adult life due to the fact that I am the surviving twin of conjoined twins and my doctor thought it would be a good idea for me to "enhance" my vitamin intake. I am now on my second bottle of Futurebiotics and I highly recomend this to anyone wanting increased energy and a strong sense of well being. I have had no negative side effects at all while using this product. I use this in conjunction with Futurebiotics Male Power and I feel great!

After trying a lot of different multi-vitamins, I am very happy with Hi Energy Multi. The daily dose includes 2,000 mg of their "Hi Energy Blend" with excellent ingridients for men, such as bee pollen, saw palmetto, spirulna, etc. So it really is a multi-vitamin plus an impressive herbal supplement combined. I wish the serving size was not 3 tablets, but I usually just take 2 per day.
