    my bad luck

    This is the second time ordering this frame and it arrived damaged. First one arrived with a cracked frame. I requested a replacement. The replacement frame arrived with the glass shattered. I was bummed that I could not just swap good frame and good glass as frames were not the same size even though they were supposed to be. Very disappointed.

    Matting sizing incorrect

    I bought this frame because I wanted a 5x5 and the mat was supposed to bring it down to that. But it was more like 5 1/2 in.

    damaged

    Pretty frame but I ordered 4 and 2 were damaged upon receipt. 1 came with the glass shattered and another came with the wood damaged. These were in two different shipments. They need to beef up their packaging so that this doesn't happen.

    Not gallery Solutions brand.

    It’s a beautiful frame, but not the brand I ordered. I wanted Gallery Solutions to exactly match the first frame I have. This is close, but half an inch or more larger so they will not match hanging side by side on the wall. It is also not the quality that gallery solutions frames are made with. The back doesn’t secure as well.
