The hay bales themselves were good and came individually packaged which was very nice. One issue I had with the product was that the length of each hay bale was nowhere close to 36 inches. The description says that the size varies and it can be anywhere from 30 to 36 inches long, however, I have ordered 10 hay bales and all of them were exactly 30 inches in length. I was purchasing those for decorative purposes, so the sizes were of importance. I think the description is slightly misleading as it seems the actual length of the hay bale is always closer to 30 inches.
