I love this product. It is just easy to use and effective in keeping birds out.

My husband is the farmer and I'm the gardener. We've planted vegetables for years, and our best customers have been the four legged kind! We didn't want to install a hard scape fence, so we tried this light weight mesh fencing and it worked! Now we are able to enjoy our bounty!

I wouldn't rate it even one star. I ended up ordering this twice. I called and said to the customer service man Phil it was not the product advertised on this site. It doesn't even say deer fence on the package. He said he'd send the fence and then I received the pond netting again. I tried to cut and use to attach to my stakes but it is way too flimsy and really will not work to keep deer out.

I have been using the deer fence for years. It came as a roll 7 ft long which could easily be attached to poles around the garden for 100 feet. I was sent pond netting. With the "pond netting" the roll is 100 ft long. Impractical for installation around a garden without major effort to unroll and reroll along the 7 ft axis.

Doubled over for 3.5 foot height. rabbits were still able to chew through.

This product was bought to use as a screen over blueberries; I have made a simple design for a suspension rack and I expect when the berries appear next year I will be well protected from birds- I think it existence will also discourage squirrels and my cat. they seem to like to go around the bushes for various reasons

This is a great product and I can see where it would be useful for deer or keeping other large animals out of a veggie patch (raccoons, dogs, etc) but I used it to keep some voracious bunnies out of my bean patch and they chewed through the netting. I'm still giving it 4 stars because I will definitely use it in other places in my garden- it's easy to install and blends right into the garden- but just be aware that hungry little critters with sharp teeth may be able to get through it.

For spur-of-the-moment pest barriers or when you just don't need that expensive, semi-permanent fence, this netting is perfect! I just wish it came on a roll and not folded into weird masses. Getting it untangled enough to put up was a challenge.

We have a big deer issue. I used this netting to fence in several flower beds. I was able to cut it to fit the height I wanted. It is nearly invisible, so doesn't detract from the aesthetic of the garden.

The way in which this netting is rolled allows you to attach to the posts which Gardener sells and set into place. Once it is attached at top, you can roll downward toward the ground and anchor. No tangling of netting around other garden shrubs/plants or yourself! Super!!!

Bet used with your garden stakes as stakes allow netting to be removed to access plants.
